Work Experience
As a creative director and experience designer with a background in film, interactive media, and experiential design, I specialize in audience-first storytelling for museums, attractions, and brand environments. I have an expansive history in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, immersive work for major international brands and cultural institutions.

Manager of Museum Technology
Ingenium Canada | October 2022 – Present, Ottawa
I am responsible for the design, deployment, and operations of all visitor-facing technologies in three national museums with over 560K annual visitors. I oversee a small team of specialists in the daily operation of our 200+ interactive exhibits, hybrid events, and large A/V displays. I was able to develop and implement several agile processes to improve the functionality of the MT group, resulting in an increased team efficiency by 20%.
I helped to develop an immersive simulation game, increasing engagement time by 150%. By collaborating with our Digital Innovation Lab for research and testing, we were able to implement an inclusive and accessible design approach which was later recognized by MuseumNext for its achievements.
I am currently spearheading the modernization strategy for visitor-facing technologies and experiences across all three museums and our collections centre. I work directly with the Director of Digital and the VP of Digital, Public Affairs, and Corporate Operations. This is a massive project with long-term implications for the corporation. It includes the development of an innovation plan that can leverage progressive web applications and emerging technologies in interactive displays to revitalize the museum experience.

Winter Projects | July 2018 – Present
In 2018, I partnered with Ramona Pringle to create short-form documentaries. Our first project was the documentary series The Hidden Collection; eight episodes that showcased woman artists underrepresented in the art world. The project was funded by Ontario Creates through a development phase and drew the attention of TVOntario as a partner and is currently in need of a distributor.
